The machine integrates all process steps into one continuous workflow. It cuts the webbing to the required length, prints and inserts labels, and performs fully automated sewing of the product. After assembly, the finished strap is automatically wound and secured – either by banding or stapling – making it ready for shipment. For maximum efficiency in downstream processes, the system automatically counts and stacks products into cartons in predefined quantities, ensuring smooth and organized packaging.

Endless Sling Production Machine

Our fully automated endless sling machine is designed for the efficient production of endless slings across a wide range of sizes and load classes – from narrow, lightweight products to heavy-duty applications.

The system processes the material in a fully integrated workflow. The webbing is cut to the required length using a hot knife, then folded and equipped with an inserted label, followed by a precise sewing process to complete the sling. After production, the finished product is automatically wound, secured and discharged, ensuring a consistent and ready-to-handle output.
